Job summary / 職務概要 :
Cogent Labsは、経理財務のマネージャを募集しています。上場企業に準じて月次決算・四半期決算・期末決算の締め作業から開示資料作成、税務申告まで実務面のリーダーとして担当していただきます。また、社内の内部管理についても、KPI管理から業務プロセスの改善まで積極的に関わっていただき、他の部署と連携しながら業務を推進していただきます。

Qualifications and skills / 必要な資格やスキル :

企業内での5年以上の経理財務の業務経験、もしくは監査法人での5年以上の業務経験
財務会計の実務経験と勘定科目・エントリーの正確性を判断する知識
KPI含む管理会計の知識及び実務経験
J-SOX対応の整備運用の知識及び実務経験
税務申告書をレビューできるレベルの税務知識
Excel等の表計算ソフト中級以上の能力（関数、Pivot等の運用）
Word/ Powerpoint等の文書作成ソフトを利用できる能力

ビジネスレベルの英語力（会話及び文章）
公認会計士資格（USCPA含む）又は税理士資格
IPOにおける証券会社審査対応経験
移転価格税制含む国際税務対応の実務経験
業務改善等の実務経験

Job Description:

Cogent Labs is looking for an Finance＆Accounting Manager. The person will beresponsible for closing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements, preparing disclosure materials, and filing tax returns in accordance with the standards required forpublicly listed company. The candidate will also be actively supporting internal management of the company, from KPI management to business process improvement, and will be executing operations in cooperation with other departments as a leader.

Responsibilities and duties:

Closing of accounts (monthly, quarterly, and year-end)
Disclosure of financial results including legal disclosure documents (monthly, quarterly, and year-end)
Improvement of internal control system
Review of tax returns (with legal counsel)
Negotiations with financial institutions
Budgeting and forecasting management, including budget formulation and analysis
Various KPI management

Qualifications and skills / Required qualifications and skills:

At least 5 years of experience in accounting and finance in a corporate environment or at an audit firm
Hands on working experience in financial accounting and knowledge of determining the accuracy of accounts and entries
Knowledge and experience in managerial accounting including KPI
Knowledge and working experience of J-SOX compliance maintenance and operation
Knowledge of taxation at a level that enables review of tax returns
Intermediate or above proficiency in Excel or other spreadsheet software (usage of functions, pivot etc.)
Ability to use Word/Powerpoint and other document creation software

Business level English (spoken and written)
Certified Public Accountant (including USCPA) or Certified Tax Accountant
Experience in handling IPO examinations by securities firms
Experience in dealing with international taxation including transfer pricing taxation
Experience in business improvement
