職務概要 / Job Summary

ソリューション・エンジニアとして、SmartReadを中心としたAIソリューションの導入・構築における技術支援、プログラムの開発・導入を担当していただきます。

お客様の業務要件を理解し、RPAでは対応しきれないデータ処理やシステム連携部分を中心に、プログラム設計・実装・テスト・運用支援までを一貫して担うポジションです。
また、技術ドキュメントやトレーニング資料の整備を通じて、お客様および社内メンバーがスムーズにソリューションを活用できる環境を整備していただきます。

Cogent Labs is looking for a Solution Engineer to help accelerate how we design, build, and deliver AI-driven solutions—centered around SmartRead—to solve real-world business challenges.

In this role, you will play a key part in understanding clients’ business requirements and driving the entire technical process—from program design and implementation to testing and operational support—especially in areas where traditional RPA cannot fully address complex data processing or system integration needs.
You will also contribute to building an environment where both clients and internal teams can seamlessly leverage our solutions by creating and maintaining technical documentation and training materials.

職務内容/ Job Responsibilities

  • 契約前後のお客様環境におけるSmartRead導入・構築支援の実施
  • RPAによるデータ連携や、RPAでは対応出来ないデータ処理を中心に、要件に応じたプログラムの設計・コーディング・テスト・改修 を担当
  • データベースから特定条件に合致する値を抽出・加工し、外部システムやファイルへ書き出すなどのデータ連携処理の開発
  • お客様の業務フローやデータ構造を理解し、最適なデータ処理・連携設計を提案
  • 構築内容や設定手順をまとめた仕様書、設計書等のドキュメント、トレーニング資料の作成および提供
  • 導入後の運用支援や改修対応を通じた顧客満足度の向上
  • 社内のプロダクトチームやカスタマーサクセスチームと連携し、導入事例や改善要望を共有・フィードバック

  • Provide technical support for the implementation and deployment of SmartRead in client environments before and after contract signing.
  • Design, develop, test, and modify programs based on client requirements, focusing on data integration using RPA and advanced data processing beyond the capabilities of RPA.
  • Develop data integration processes, such as extracting and transforming specific data from databases and exporting it to external systems or files.
  • Understand clients’ business workflows and data structures to propose optimal data processing and integration designs.
  • Create and deliver documentation—including specifications, design documents, and training materials—summarizing the implementation details and setup procedures.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by providing operational support and maintenance after deployment.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Product and Customer Success, to share implementation cases, improvement requests, and feedback.

必要な資格やスキル/ Qualifications and skills

＜必須要件/ Required qualifications＞

  • ソフトウェア開発またはソリューション導入における実務経験 3〜5年程度
  • Python を用いたプログラミング経験（データ処理、API連携、業務自動化など）
  • 仕様書・設計書など技術ドキュメントの作成経験
  • 顧客や社内チームと協調しながら課題を分析し、解決策を提案できるコミュニケーション能力
  • 日本語：ネイティブまたはビジネス上級レベル（英語不問）

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in software development or solution implementation.
  • Proficiency in Python for data processing, API integration, or workflow automation.
  • Experience creating technical documentation such as specifications and design documents.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze issues and propose solutions.
  • Japanese: Native or business-level proficiency (English not required).

  • SaaSまたはAI関連プロダクトの導入・運用経験
  • REST APIやクラウドサービス（AWS, GCP, Azure等）の利用経験
  • システム導入プロジェクトにおける顧客折衝・提案経験
  • Docker、Git等の開発環境・バージョン管理ツールの使用経験
  • 英語でのドキュメント読解スキル（あれば尚可）

  • Experience in the implementation and operation of SaaS or AI-related products.
  • Experience using REST APIs and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).
  • Experience interacting with clients and making proposals in system implementation projects.
  • Experience with development and version control tools such as Docker and Git.
  • Ability to read technical documentation in English (preferred).

      • 月給制：333,335円～458,334円

      • 45時間を超える残業分は別途支給
