採用選考に関する個人情報取扱いについての通知

Cogent Labsでは、お客様のプライバシーを尊重することをお約束します。本プライバシーに関する通知は、採用プロセスの一環として当社がお預かりする、または候補者様から提供される個人情報について説明するものです。
この度、お預かりした履歴書等の個人情報につきましては、今回の募集選考にのみ利用させていただきます。本通知の内容に予めご同意いただいた上で、ご提供いただきますようお願い申し上げます。
１．個人情報の取得・利用目的および法的根拠
当社は、ご応募いただいた方の個人情報を、以下の目的で利用します：
当社は、これらの目的の範囲を超えて個人情報を利用することはありません。
また、EU域内からご応募いただく場合、GDPR第6条1項(b)（契約締結前の対応）および同(a)（同意）を法的根拠として個人情報を取り扱います。

当社は、ご提供いただいた個人情報を第三者に提供いたしません。ただし、法令に基づく場合を除きます。
３．個人情報の委託
当社は、採用業務に関する個人情報の取扱いを他の事業者に委託いたしません。将来的に委託を行う場合は、適切な委託先管理を実施し、事前にその旨を通知いたします。
４．個人情報の越境移転
EU域内から個人情報をご提供いただく場合、当社が所在する日本は、欧州委員会による十分性認定を受けています。したがって、適切な保護措置に基づき、個人情報を日本で管理・保護いたします。
５．個人情報の保有期間
応募時に同意いただけた場合に限り、将来的に新たな採用機会が発生した際の再選考のため、最長24か月間保管いたします。

当社は、個人情報の漏洩、滅失または毀損を防止するため、適切な安全管理措置を講じます。

Notice about Personal Information in Recruitment Selection
At Cogent Labs, we're committed to respecting your privacy. This Privacy Notice is designed to describe to you the basis for the personal data we collect from you, or that is provided by you as part of our recruitment process.
The personal information you provide, such as your resume, will be used solely for the selection process related to this specific selection process. We kindly request that you provide this information only after agreeing to the terms of this notice.
1. Purpose of Acquisition and Use of Personal Information and Legal Basis
We will use the personal information of applicants for the following purposes:

When personal information is provided from within the EU, Japan, where our company is located, has received an adequacy decision from the European Commission. Therefore, we will manage and protect personal information in Japan based on appropriate safeguards.
5. Retention Period for Personal Information
We will retain your information for up to 24 months solely for the purpose of re-evaluation should new hiring opportunities arise in the future, provided you consented to this at the time of application.

We implement appropriate security measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.
7. Voluntary Provision of Personal Information
The provision of personal information is voluntary. However, please note that failure to provide necessary information may result in exclusion from the recruitment process.
8. Applicant Rights
Applicants have the following rights regarding their personal information:

Suspension of use, erasure, or cessation of third-party provision
Data portability (EU applicants only)
Withdrawal of consent (does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal)
